Rostre.ai ("Rostre", "we", "us") provides a platform for running AI agents within user-controlled workspaces.

This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Rostre.ai is currently an early access MVP, and our practices may evolve over time.

Use of Rostre.ai is also governed by our Terms of Use.

a. Account Information

  • Name and email address
  • Authentication data (e.g., via Clerk or similar provider)

b. Workspace & Usage Data

  • Workspace identifiers
  • Configuration data
  • Actions taken within the platform

c. Agent and Content Data

  • Prompts and inputs submitted to agents
  • Outputs generated by agents
  • Files or messages processed through the system

d. Technical & Log Data

  • IP address
  • Device and browser information
  • System logs for debugging and performance monitoring

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

  • Operate and maintain the platform
  • Provision and manage workspaces
  • Enable AI agent functionality
  • Debug issues and improve system reliability
  • Monitor usage and prevent abuse
  • Provide user support

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Rostre.ai relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate.

This currently includes:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure and storage
  • AWS Bedrock for AI model access and processing

When you use Rostre.ai:

  • Data you provide to agents may be processed by AWS Bedrock.
  • You should not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated data unless you understand how it may be processed by these services.
  • We do not control how underlying model providers process data beyond AWS’s service terms and applicable agreements.

5. Data Storage

  • Data is stored in cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS)
  • Logs and workspace data may be retained for operational and debugging purposes
  • Data retention practices may change as the product evolves

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However:

  • Rostre.ai is an early-stage product
  • We do not guarantee security, availability, or reliability
  • You use the service at your own risk

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

  • Service providers (e.g., AWS)
  • Legal authorities if required by law

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you submit to Rostre.ai.

Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated data unless you understand the risks.


9. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed to:

  • Operate the service
  • Debug and improve the system

We may delete or modify data at any time as part of system changes.
